My wife and I spent Halloween out enjoying a little photography. We drove from Vinton to Staunton, Lynchburg, and Bedford stopping on the backroads and Blue Ridge Parkway to shoot some hidden waterfalls and some less-hidden landscapes. It was cloudy most of the day, which made for some pretty nice ambience considering the day.

This gave me an opportunity to try out my new workhorse lens I'll be using for the majority of my travels going forward. All photos taken with the Tamron 25-200 on my Sony A7RV. I'll post a video on it soon. Until then, here are a few photos form the day.
